One of our financial advisors in the West Michigan area, is looking to develop a mutually beneficial partnership with a next generation advisor who has some experience but is still looking to expand their business and gain experience, with the possibility of stepping in as a successor down the road. In addition to sharing his experience and knowledge, he is looking to benefit from new perspective, as well as incorporate newer technologies to better serve existing clients, attract a new generation of clients and increase the efficiencies in operating his business.
Prior to coming into the financial services industry, he held management positions as a supply chain, logistics leader in a number of industries including, VP and board level positions. This gave him a unique perspective of the intricacies of company financials and was invaluable in honing his skills to truly understand and relate to a variety of employees and their various retirement goals - from the C suite to warehouse employees, truck drivers and more.
Since becoming a financial advisor in 2008, he has organically built a successful book of business, the majority of which is advisory. While he still loves what he does, he wants to put together an eventual exit strategy so he can retire knowing his clients are in good hands and his family will benefit from the business he has built.
