One of our financial advisors in the Cleveland Ohio area, is looking to develop a mutually beneficial partnership with a next generation female advisor who has some experience, but is still looking to expand her business, with the possibility of stepping in as a successor down the road.  In addition to sharing her experience and knowledge, she is looking to benefit from new perspective, as well as incorporate newer technologies to better serve existing clients, attract a new generation of clients and increase the efficiencies in operating her business.   While she still loves what she does, she wants to put together an eventual exit strategy so she can retire knowing her clients are in good hands.

As a female that has successfully built a high-income business, she wants to help another female do the same and, simply put, she thinks they are good at it.  It is critical for women to have financial independence and security – being an independent financial professional provides all that and more.  Further, increasing the number of women advisors in the industry will benefit the women currently in and those looking to enter the industry, as well as female clients who often relate well to female advisors.  It’s about bringing even more women into our industry, not less men, and empowering them to seize opportunities and help clients.
